Very nice harmonium for the price!

I was skeptical about ordering such instruments without seeing and hearing it, but the price was attractive so I gave it a shot. Order was placed on a Friday, product was received on Wednesday. Very glad that the shipping from India to California was expedited because I did not want to wait weeks for the harmonium to arrive! The support team took one of my concern and addressed it right away with an excellent solution that turned me into a very happy customer: they listened and acted upon the issue I was having (color of the harmonium I wanted not in stock, so they offered a different color which I accepted since it was ready for shipping...i wanted the instrument quick!) Oh, and for the harmonium it sounds great! Haven't played it too much but it came tuned and safe from any damages. It was wrapped in several layers of cardboard and had a safe journey across the world to make it to my home. It is not a concert quality harmonium but I'm not a professional who would pay 2-3 times more for a Paul and Co. It is beyond plenty for any beginners and ideal for the amateur enthusiast looking for a quality instrument at a very reasonable price. I'm very satisfied and will definitely come back for any future purchases. Thank you!
