-How do you package safely?
We package above and beyond the required safe packaging standards. Our damage rates are extremely low. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us and we will make sure that we resolve your problem.
-What is the transit time for an item?
Most items have a transit time of 3 to 6 working days.
-Where is my item shipped from?
We have warehouses in United States, Austria, United Kingdom & India. Depending on the availability of the item, we can ship the order from any of these locations. We assure that no customs duty or taxes will be payable in USA.
-What if I receive a damaged item?
Our packaging is superb and most likely your item will be received in perfect condition. If the instrument has tuning and other cosmetic issues, please let us know. We will help you resolve it with the DIY videos.
However, in a rare case, if you receive a broken item, please inform the same to courier at the time of delivery. However, if you find it later, please communicate with us and we will help you to resolve it. The shipping is insured and we can help to file a claim with courier if you provide us with pictures of broken item, packaging and shipping labels.
