It was for my husband as his birthday gift. Ordered the product on Dec 10. But did not receive any message or confirmation/tracking number till Dec 20. Called the customer service number. This guy was amazing. Though he was traveling, he took my product detail and assured me that my product will be delivered before the end of the year. The customer service rep emailed me the next day and gave me the tracking number and the delivery date. I received my beautiful harmonium on Dec26th. The product itself is very high quality and sounds amazing. Thank you Buy Raagini. Only Con: They could have told me a little earlier that the color that I ordered was not available.

Hello. Thank you so much for this so very beautiful fine Harmonium. It is indeed a gift from the Divine. Please accept my apologies for not replying sooner with feedback, but we have been playing the harmonium every day and the bliss that it produces prevents timely particiation in many worldly duties. We are so very pleased with all of your staff of fine craftsmen and for the fine quality of this most exquisite instrument. And the packing of it so carefully to ensure it's safe arrival. Please thank all of those who help in the warehouse with this duty. And please thank everyone involved in it's creation and in getting it to us. We are so blissful and pleased in every way. In every way. We do have one minor question. Reed # 13, marked "G#" is ever so slightly out of tune with all the rest of the reeds. All the rest are very fine and well. Is there some way that we can adjust this one ever so slightly to bring it into fine tune with the rest of the reeds? Or can we purchase another reed (#13 G#) so I can change it out? Thank you so very very much. You are so very helpful. Your work brings so much joy and deep gratitude to us and I know to many others around the world. May a shower of Divine Blessings rain down upon you for the fine work that you do and may your fine comany and all of your families receive the most of all Divine Blessings in every way.
