Custom duties and taxes
Customs duties, taxes and import duties, if any, are payable to the delivery/courier company who will clear the package on your behalf. These charges are paid by you to your government and are assessed case by case by your customs/import authorities.

As these are handmade instruments, orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
How do you ship?
We ship by reputed courier and delivery companies like DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT and DPD.
How do you package safely?
We package above and beyond the required safe packaging standards. Our damage rates are extremely low. If you do receive a damaged item, please contact us and we will resolve the problem.
What is the transit time for an item?
Most items have a transit time of 3 to 6 working days.
Where is my item shipped from?
We have our workshop and studio in Delhi NCR, India.
What if I receive a damaged item?
Our packaging is superb and most likely your item will arrive in perfect condition. If the instrument has tuning or other cosmetic issues, please let us know and we will help resolve it with DIY videos.
In the rare case that you receive a broken item, please inform the courier at the time of delivery. If you find it later, please contact us and we will help resolve it. Shipping is insured and we can help file a claim with the courier if you provide pictures of the broken item, packaging and shipping labels.
